Next CRAPO general meeting : Wednesday, December 7, 2011
The Conseil régional d’action politique de l’Outaouais (CRAPO) will hold its next general meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at the Gatineau Regional Office of the PSAC located at 200 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau. Please note that the meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. A light lunch will be served at 5h 30.
The agenda will be published later.
All PSAC members in good standing can attend CRAPO meetings. However, to be a delegate to the CRAPO and have the right to vote and to intervene, you have to be designated by your Local, your Component or Equity Committee and reside in Québec. Living in French in Gatineau - A regional development challenge
You are invited to a public meeting on Wednesday, November 23 to discuss this theme: Vivre en français à Gatineau - Un défi de développement régional. The meeting will be held at the Cabane en bois rond, 331, Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd in Gatineau. The guest speaker will be Françoise David, Co-President of Québec Solidaire. Other participants will be Jean-Paul Perreault, President of Impératif français and Charmain Levy, Professor of International Development at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. Electricity meters we don't need
Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 2000 is asking you to sign its petition to prevent Hydro-Québec to buy new electricity meters, which would result in 1,000 jobs loss. Visit the site (in French only) Compteurs en or for more information.

Want to join CRAPO?
All PSAC members in good standing can attend CRAPO meetings. Jack Layton met with CRAPO members
PSAC members have met with NDP Leader, Jack Layton, and the Hull-Aylmer NDP candidate, Pierre Ducasse, during an information meeting on February 5. Details and pictures. (French only)

All PSAC members are invited to attend meetings. You must be a Québec resident to be a delegate but everyone is invited to attend.
If you are not yet a delegate to CRAPO, fill the affiliation form and have your Local President sign it.
