School objectives
- To connect the dots between current societal issues and union activism;
- Sharpen workplace communication and union building skills;
- Strengthen analytical, networking and social justice skills;
- Take political activism to the next level.
Who should attend?
Union activists (both seasoned and new) and community leaders who are members of the PSAC-NCR, who are eager to deepentheir activism in the union;foster ties with community groups and support a new generation of union activists. Forty (40) seats are available.
You will be expected to...
All participants will be expected to:
- Actively participate in all school sessions.
- Undertake a post-school project to support current union campaigns.
